Site mobilisation & procurement
We source HCP-certified tradespeople, procure approved materials from verified suppliers. All costs documented before a shovel hits the ground.
Real-time progress reporting
Weekly photo and video updates sent directly to you. You see every stage — foundation, superstructure, roofing, finishes — as it happens.
Stage payments you control
You pay in stages via Paystack — only when each phase is completed and signed off. No full upfront payment. No surprises.
Defects period & handover
90-day defects liability period after completion. Your PM supervises any snags. You get a full handover report and keys.
