Submit your HCP application online. Pay the one-time certification fee of GH₵500 (or $35). All industries welcome — trades, professions, and services.
Work through the 50-hour HCP curriculum across 6 core modules: Professional Ethics, Communication, Customer Relations, Financial Integrity, Safety & Compliance, and Community Impact.
Complete our rigorous 4-layer assessment: Written Exam (30%), Practical Behavioural (40%), Reference Portfolio (20%), and Panel Interview (10%). No shortcuts.
Receive your physical HCP card with unique ID (HW-YYYY-XXXXX), QR code, and instant entry into the Public Global Registry. Renew annually to stay current.

HCC
For organisations — 95%+ staff must hold HCP
Annual renewal: GH₵3,000 / year + GH₵50/emp.
HMT
For 2+ year active HCP holders only
Annual renewal: GH₵800 / year
All fees inclusive of curriculum, assessment, physical card, and public registry listing. HMT eligibility requires 2+ years as active HCP holder.
